4-oc.62 4 Construction of references generally
In any Act or statutory instrument, in any other instrument or in any contract or agreement—
(a)
a reference to—
(i)
the Department of School Education, or
(ii)
the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination,
is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Education and Training, and
(b)
a reference to—
(i)
the Director-General of School Education, or
(ii)
the Director-General of the Department of School Education, or
(iii)
the Director-General of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination,
is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Education and Training.
