19-oc.9 19 Construction of references to Minister for Lands
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Lands is to be construed—
(a)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Finance and Services, as a reference to the Minister for Finance and Services, or
(b)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Primary Industries, as a reference to the Minister for Primary Industries.
