4-oc.134 4 Transfer of certain Department of Finance and Services staff to the Treasury
(1)
The group of staff in the Department of Finance and Services who are employed to enable the Long Service Corporation to exercise its functions are removed from that Department and added to the Treasury.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Finance and Services is to be construed as a reference to the Treasury if the reference is used in relation to the group of staff referred to in subclause (1).
