Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

The following persons are transferred to the Venues NSW Staff Agency—

persons employed in the Venues NSW division of the Office of Sport,

the persons who, immediately before their transfer to the employment of reconstituted Venues NSW by the operation of Schedule 5, clause 34 of the Sporting Venues Authorities Act 2008, were employed under the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Act 1978 in the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust.

In a document—

a reference to the Office of Sport is, if used in relation to the Venues NSW division of the Office, to be construed as a reference to the Venues NSW Staff Agency, and

a reference to the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Sport is, if used in relation to the Venues NSW division in that Office, to be construed as a reference to the Chief Executive Officer of Venues NSW.

In this clause—

document means an Act or statutory or other instrument, or a contract or agreement.

reconstituted Venues NSW has the same meaning as in Schedule 5, clause 24 of the Sporting Venues Authorities Act 2008.
