Aboriginal Affairs NSW is transferred from the Department of Education to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
(2)
In any document, a reference to Aboriginal Affairs NSW in the Department of Education is to be construed as a reference to Aboriginal Affairs NSW in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
