4-oc.95 4 Consequential provision
On the commencement of this Order—
(a)
each share in a statutory SOC held by the Treasurer immediately before that commencement is taken to be transferred to the Minister for Finance, and
(b)
the statutory SOC concerned is required to register the transfer.
