Except as provided by subclauses (2)–(3), this Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
(2)
Part 2, Division 3, except clauses 15 and 18, and Schedule 1.2[2] commence on 1 April 2022.
(3)
Clause 18 commences on 1 July 2022.
