21-oc.10 21 Transfer of Regional NSW staff to Department of Planning, Industry and Environment
(1)
The persons employed in the Department of Premier and Cabinet who are principally involved in the administration of legislation allocated to the Deputy Premier, Minister for Regional New South Wales, Industry and Trade (including the provision of support for the portfolio responsibilities of that Minister) are transferred to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to the part of that Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
