(1) Schedule 1, Part 1 Insert at the end of the Part—
Regional NSW
(2) Schedule 1, Part 2 Omit “Department of Planning, Industry and Environment” where it occurs opposite the matter relating to Local Land Services Staff Agency.
Insert instead “Regional NSW”.
(3) Schedule 1, Part 3 Insert in appropriate order—
