In any document, a reference to the Minister for Environment is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for the Environment, except as provided by subclauses (2) and (3).
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Environment or the Minister for the Environment is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Conservation and Land Management, if the reference is used in or in relation to the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 so far as that Act relates to state recreation areas.
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Environment or the Minister for the Environment is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Housing, if the reference is used in or in relation to the Water Board Act 1987 or the Hunter Water Board Act 1988.
