(1)
The name of the Department of Finance and Services is changed to the Office of Finance and Services.
(2)
In any document—
(a)
a reference to the Department of Finance and Services is to be construed as a reference to the Office of Finance and Services, and
(b)
a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Services is to be construed as a reference to the Chief Executive of the Office of Finance and Services.
