(1)
State Training Services is transferred from the Department of Education and Communities to the Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development.
(2)
In any document, a reference to State Training Services in the Department of Education and Communities is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development.
