11-oc.13 11 Construction of references to Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Mental Health and Cancer)

In any document, a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Mental Health and Cancer) is to be construed as a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Mental Health), except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Mental Health and Cancer) is to be construed as a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Cancer) if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Cancer).
