(1)
NSWbusinesslink is, as a Department of the Public Service, responsible to the Minister for Community Services.
(2)
The reference to Ministers in the matter relating to NSW businesslink Pty Limited in Part 1 of Schedule 2 (Responsible Ministers) to the Freedom of Information Regulation 2000 is to be construed as a reference only to the Minister for Community Services.
