3-oc.51 3 Construction of references to Secretary of the Premier’s Department
(1)
In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, a reference to the Secretary of the Premier’s Department shall be construed as a reference to the Director of the Premier’s Office, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
A reference in—
(a)
section 17 of the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985, or
(b)
section 14 of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984,
shall be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Administrative Services.
