2-oc.81 2 Construction of references to Office of the Minister for the Environment
(1)
In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, a reference to the Office of the Minister for the Environment is to be construed as a reference to the Ministry for the Environment.
(2)
In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, a reference to the Director of the Office of the Minister for the Environment is to be construed as a reference to the Director of the Ministry for the Environment.
