6-oc.10 6 Construction of references to Minister for Health and Community Services
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Health and Community Services is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Health, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Health and Community Services is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Community Services, if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the latter Minister.
