3-oc.83 3 Construction of certain references in water supply legislation
(1)
A reference in section 3 of the Fish River Water Supply Administration Act 1945 to the Director of Public Works is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Land and Water Conservation.
(2)
A reference in section 3 of the South-west Tablelands Water Supply Administration Act 1941 to the Department of Public Works is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Land and Water Conservation.
