23-oc.5 23 Transfer of certain Communities NSW staff to DTIRIS
The following are removed from Communities NSW and added to the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services—
the group of staff who, in the opinion of the Director-General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, are principally involved in the administration of legislation administered by the Minister for the Arts,
Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing,
the group of staff who are employed to enable the Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority to exercise its functions.
In any document, a reference to Communities NSW is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services if the reference is used in relation to the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing or a group of staff referred to in subclause (1) (a) or (c).
