10-oc.24 10 Transfer of Veterans Affairs staff to Department of Justice
(1)
The persons employed in the Department of Premier and Cabinet who are principally involved in the administration of legislation allocated to the Minister for Veterans Affairs (including the provision of support for the portfolio responsibilities of the Minister for Veterans Affairs) are transferred to the Department of Justice.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to the part of that Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Justice.
