7-oc.8 7 Construction of references to Department of Minerals and Energy
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Minerals and Energy is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Mineral Resources, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Minerals and Energy is to be construed as a reference to the Office of Energy, if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Energy.
