Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

The reference to the Chief Executive of the Division of Local Government within the Department of Premier and Cabinet in paragraph (a) of the definition of Director-General in section 3 (1) of the Swimming Pools Act 1992 is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Fair Trading, Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.

The references to the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Director-General of that Department in paragraph (b) of the definition referred to in subclause (1) are to be construed as references to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation and the Secretary of that Department, respectively.

The reference to the Director-General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet in section 27 (1) (b) of the Swimming Pools Act 1992 is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Fair Trading, Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, or, if there is no person employed as Commissioner for Fair Trading, the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.

The reference to an officer of the Department of Premier and Cabinet in section 27 (1) (b) of the Swimming Pools Act 1992 is to be construed as a reference to an employee of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.

The reference to the Division of Local Government within the Department of Premier and Cabinet in the definition of Department in clause 3 (1) of the Swimming Pools Regulation 2008 is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
