In any document, a reference to the Managing Director of Business and Consumer Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs, if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Consumer Affairs.
In any document, a reference to the Managing Director of Business and Consumer Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Attorney General’s Department, if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Attorney General.
In any document, a reference to the Managing Director of Business and Consumer Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of State Development, if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for State Development.
