9-oc.29 9 Abolition of Department of Industry
(1)
The persons employed in the Department of Industry are, except as provided by this Order, transferred to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
(2)
The Department of Industry is abolished.
(3)
Subject to this Order, a reference in any document to the Department of Industry is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
