All branches of the Department of Energy are removed from that department and added to the Ministry of Energy and Utilities.
The Department of Energy is abolished as a department of the Public Service.
In any document, a reference to the Department of Energy is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Fair Trading if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Fair Trading.
