18-oc.12 18 Construction of references to Minister for Trade and Investment
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Trade and Investment is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
in any other case, as a reference to the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events.
