7-oc.36 7 Change of name of Planning and Infrastructure
(1)
The name of Planning and Infrastructure is changed to the Department of Planning and Environment.
(2)
In any document—
(a)
a reference to Planning and Infrastructure is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Planning and Environment, and
(b)
a reference to the Director-General of Planning and Infrastructure is to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Planning and Environment.
