34-oc.3 34 Amalgamation of Ministry of Transport with new Department
(1)
All branches are removed from the Ministry of Transport and added to the Department of Transport and Infrastructure.
(2)
The Ministry of Transport is abolished as a Division of the Government Service.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Ministry of Transport is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Transport and Infrastructure.
