13-oc.7 13 Abolition of Ministry of Urban Infrastructure Management and transfer of branches
(1)
All branches are removed from the Ministry of Urban Infrastructure Management and added to the Premier’s Department.
(2)
The Ministry of Urban Infrastructure Management is abolished as a department of the Public Service.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Ministry of Urban Infrastructure Management is to be construed as a reference to the Premier’s Department.
