14-oc.20 14 Transfer of part of Department of Planning and Environment to Department of Customer Service
(1)
The persons employed in the Resources Policy and Reform Implementation Branch of the Department of Planning and Environment who are principally involved in the administration of Part 6 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 are transferred to the Department of Customer Service.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Planning and Environment is, if used in relation to the part of that Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Customer Service.
