| Environment Protection Authority Staff Agency | Chief Executive Officer of the Environment Protection Authority. The Minister administering the Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991 is to exercise the employer functions of the Government in relation to the Chief Executive Officer and is to exercise the function of appointing or terminating the employment of the Chief Executive Officer in consultation with the Board of the Environment Protection Authority. |
