4-oc.150 4 Abolition of SAS Trustee Corporation Division and transfer of staff to SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency
(1)
All parts of the SAS Trustee Corporation Division (as referred to in clause 13A (c) of Schedule 4 to the Government Sector Employment Act 2013) are transferred to the SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency.
(2)
The SAS Trustee Corporation Division is abolished.
(3)
A reference to the SAS Trustee Corporation Division in any Act (other than clause 13A (c) of Schedule 4 to the Government Sector Employment Act 2013) or statutory or other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, is to be construed as a reference to the SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency.
