4-oc.92 4 Construction of references to Minister for Transport Services
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Transport Services is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Transport, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Transport Services is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Ports if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Ports.
