In any document, a reference to the New South Wales Superannuation Office is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education.

In any document, a reference to the Secretary of the New South Wales Superannuation Office is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education.
