In any document, a reference to the Chief Secretary’s Department is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Gaming and Racing.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Secretary of the Chief Secretary’s Department is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Gaming and Racing.
