The group of staff in the Department of Lands who, in the opinion of the Director-General of the Premier’s Department, are principally involved in the administration of the Western Lands Act 1901 are removed from the Department of Lands and added to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources.
In any document, a reference to the Department of Lands, if used in or in relation to the Western Lands Act 1901, is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources.
The Office of Private Forestry is removed from the Department of Lands and added to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources.
