29-oc.4 29 Change of name of Department of Services, Technology and Administration
(1)
The name of the Department of Services, Technology and Administration is changed to the Department of Finance and Services.
(2)
The Department of Finance and Services is responsible to the following Ministers—
(a)
Minister for Finance and Services,
(b)
Minister for Fair Trading.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Services, Technology and Administration is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Finance and Services.
(4)
This clause is subject to clauses 10 and 21A.
