24-oc.6 24 Construction of references to Minister for Racing
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Racing is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Attorney General, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
in any other case, as a reference to the Minister for Customer Service.
