(1)
Clause 9 Transfer of parts of principal Departments under former Act to new Public Service agencies Omit “or in legislation by the Minister for the Environment” from clause 9 (2) (a).
Insert instead “, in legislation administered solely by the Minister for the Environment or in Part 5A of the Forestry Act 2012”.

Clause 9 (2) (b) Insert “solely” after “administered”.
