4-oc.141 4 Construction of reference in Fire Brigades Act 1989 to Director-General of Department of Premier and Cabinet
The reference in section 68 of the Fire Brigades Act 1989 to the Director-General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet is to be construed—
(a)
on and from 1 July 2012 until 11 September 2012—as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Finance and Services, and
(b)
on and from 12 September 2012—as a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury.
