6-oc.22 6 Construction of certain references
(1)
A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Ageing and Disability Department is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
(2)
The reference, in the definition of Department in section 3 (1) of the Home Care Service Act 1988, to the Department of Community Services is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
