21-oc.7 21 Transfer of Office of Biofuels from LPMA to DTIRIS
(1)
The Office of Biofuels is removed from the Land and Property Management Authority and added to the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Land and Property Management Authority is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services if the reference is used in relation to the Office of Biofuels.
