5-oc.47 5 Abolition of Department of Agriculture and transfer of branches
(1)
All branches are removed from the Department of Agriculture and added to the Department of Primary Industries.
(2)
The Department of Agriculture is abolished as a Department of the Public Service.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Agriculture is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Primary Industries.
