In any document, a reference to the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs (required by clause 9 of the Administrative Changes (Departments) Order 1995 to be construed as a reference to the Office of the Board of Studies) is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination, except as provided by subclause (3).
In any document, a reference to the Executive Director of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination, except as provided by subclause (4).
A reference in Part 9 of the Education Reform Act 1990 to the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Office of the Board of Studies.
A reference in Part 9 of the Education Reform Act 1990 to the Executive Director of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the General Manager of the Office of the Board of Studies.
