15-oc.11 15 Construction of references to Minister for Housing
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Housing is to be construed—
(a)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Family and Community Services, as a reference to the Minister for Family and Community Services, or
(b)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Finance and Services, as a reference to the Minister for Finance and Services.
