30-oc.3 30 Establishment of Land and Property Management Authority
(1)
The Land and Property Management Authority is established as a Division of the Government Service.
(2)
The Division is responsible to the following Ministers—
(a)
Minister for Finance,
(b)
Minister for the Hunter,
(c)
Minister for Lands.
(d)
(Repealed)
