4-oc.61 4 Construction of references to Minister for State and Regional Development
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for State and Regional Development is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for State Development, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for State and Regional Development is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Regional Development if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the latter Minister.
