14-oc.4 14 Construction of references to Chief Secretary
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Chief Secretary is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Gaming and Racing, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Chief Secretary is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Sport and Recreation if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the latter Minister.
