8-oc.44 8 Transfer of part of DPC to Investment NSW
(1)
The persons employed in the Commercial Delivery and Economics branches of the Department of Premier and Cabinet are transferred to Investment NSW.
(2)
A reference in a document to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be read as a reference to Investment NSW.
(3)
A reference in a document to the Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be read as a reference to the Chief Executive Officer of Investment NSW.
