4-oc.93 4 Construction of references to Minister for Infrastructure and Planning
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Infrastructure and Planning is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Planning, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Infrastructure and Planning is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Natural Resources if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Natural Resources.
